Wow, even through that is true the following zip codes are also proving to be very hot 19151Overbrook,19150Cobbs CREEK,19126East Oak Lane,19138West Oak Lane,19140Tioga Nice Town,19111Oxford Circle,19149Tacony,19135Roosevelt,19136 Investors are looking at these area’s unfortunately they want flips in these are’s but don’t want to give the Wholesaler much for then. Dear Investors the Wholesaler has done the work for you via reseach,comps,tracking down the owner. Don’t you think the Wholesaler should get a decent piece of the pie? I do.
